Let's talk about what's really happening on nonprofit boards
The real world of nonprofit governance is messy, and so much of it is happening behind closed doors. Because of the sensitive nature of governance issues, and the real need to protect board confidentiality, nonprofit staff and board directors are often facing common challenges in isolation. And when we can’t talk about what’s really happening on boards, we can’t drive the kinds of broader change needed in nonprofit governance across the sector.
We invite you to share your story here, anonymously. We will help amplify the stories we receive by publishing as many as we can online, along with some helpful advice. Our goal is to share lessons learned, spread helpful practices and drive important conversations about the reality of nonprofit governance.
